BFM provides routine inspections to proactively identify and solve issues on your property. BFM also schedules regular and recurring maintenance based on your property. Various packages are available to provide you with peace of mind and the ability to own commercial assets without the stress of being on call 24x7. How often do you conduct routine maintenance inspections?
Our recommended schedule for inspections on commercial assets is at least bi-annually for properties built after 2000 and quarterly for properties built before Y2k; More or less may be required. Various packages are available and are stringent based on year built. Packages start at just $2000 per month. -
